- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a business I never thought I would write a review for but here I am. This place is really small, like the size of a post office. I went there at a fairly busy time (about 5pm), and first of all, I am so happy that there is a DMV in Madison that is open until 6pm. I am also ecstatic about the service I received. There was a good line in front of me (maybe about 8 other people, which seems like a large volume for the size of this place) and the gentleman at the counter had some of the best customer service skills I've ever witnessed. He would take someone's photo if necessary, give them the form they needed, call up someone who had been waiting with theirs completed, repeat. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes, whereas when I stopped by the West Side DMV by Hilldale around 3pm, the line was literally out the door just to get a ticket. I am/was very impressed and this will be the DMV that my family and I use going forward.By Ira Hafer, March 29, 2017
