- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆it said my estimated wait time on the phone was 4-7 minutes I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far. I'm assuming they just expect people to get frustrated and hang up. I was calling because a package in madison is scheduled to arrive at my house in 4 days when it is already in madison, thanks to the new routing through Milwaukee. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They NEVER pick up their phone. I'm trying to get a passport and it's incredibly difficult to make an appointment over the phone if they won't actually answer it. Called 40 times today.
