- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible mobile website design. There should NEVER be a popup on a website let alone a mobile website(mobile devices purge temp data such as cookies frequently, so the option to remember to not show the popup is a non-factor). The designer/marketer is clueless obviously, by indication of this design. The mobile app is worthless as it doesn't fully function on all common mobile devices. If you need to be able to do anything other than checking your balance on the go, keep looking, DCCU is not for you. Also no one responds to feedback from members via the contact section of the website in regards to this poor design. Katie, I did try twice now to reach out to the credit union, with the last attempt about 4 weeks ago via the members email section of the portal. No response, which seems to be the norm now. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆**Updating to 4 stars - My original comment indicated that the customer service was poor and that it was difficult to close an account, but that was hasty. I've since been able to get all questions answered and all issues wrapped up. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this credit union! I was a member at another credit union and they ended up getting too big, too fast! I felt like a number, not a member. Dane County is perfect. Great rates, fees and membership perks. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I'm not sure where the previous person got charged but there has NEVER been a fee to withdraw money from Dane County.
