  Terrible. Been a customer for over ten years and they won't even fax document for you. Obama gives them billions and they're still too stingy to fax five pages. Time to leave Chase for good.

  Great experience. I think this one has better experience than the one in capitol, because this one is not so crowded and free parking is just in front of the bank. Service is great.
