  The customer service at TQ Diamonds is beyond exceptional! I went there to buy my fiancee an engagement ring and the entire staff was very helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect ring with no pressure at all. I went there with very little knowledge about rings and walked out choosing my own diamond to have put into the the setting I chose. Sally is awesome to work with! She remembers you by name and is always eager to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I definitely feel like I'm more of a friend to them than a customer. Sally not only responds to emails quickly when you have questions (even on her days off), but she also follows up to see how everything is going after you receive your jewelry. I returned to purchase both of our wedding bands from them. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but TQ Diamonds easily stands out from the rest!

  My future fiance and I went in to look at engagement rings and wedding bands. Jessica was phenomenal. I am an indecisive person, and I wanted to see every option! She was so patient and supportive. I felt I could take the time I needed to come to the right decision. I cannot say enough about my experience at the store. She made it particularly great.

  Cannot say enough good things about Tim and TQ Diamonds. I was interested in purchasing a Christian Bauer men's wedding band but no one in my area carried them. Even though I was 1000 miles away from their store, Tim worked with me and went above and beyond to let me get a look at the actual rings, and then to help me get exactly the ring that I was looking for. He always kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful in answering my many, many questions. They provide the level of customer service that really you don't see much of anymore. Thank you very much again for all your help. It was a pleasure doing business there and I will cherish my ring for hopefully a very long time.

  The customer service was amazing! I went in to get a ring re-sized after having a terrible experience at Kessler's, and they were incredibly helpful, had my ring finished in 5 days, and only charged $29. The ring fits perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the buff out finish. For a task as simple as re-sizing I couldn't believe how much time they spent with me to visit and answer any of my questions. My fiance and I will be coming back for all of our future needs!
