- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great service and friendly employees! I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received at this branch location. I traveled over-seas and received 3 "just checking in" emails making sure all of my cards were working. Honestly, who does this? - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely awful, so many reasons why. Lies to you to make you go away -- said check was "in the mail," six days later I called and they were just getting around to actually mailing it. Had a great 40-minute hold time with a US bank department across the country, that was fun. Later I called about an issue and the banker told me she'd like to escalate to her manager -- manager never called me back, or answered any subsequent direct phone calls. I could go on, but they're not worth the energy. There's like 10 other banks in a two-block vicinity. Choosing any one of them, or not banking at all, would make for a better banking experience.By Ryan Matthes, July 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆There are some good local contact people, so I give it a "fair", but the overall culture of US Bank seems designed to screw the consumer. They have been harder to deal with on loans than other banks and credit unions, have confusing products like "single point" that cost money, yet (conveniently for them), don't show your overdraft protection which is at 22% interest rate, even though your other lines of credit are at 4.25%, etc. Overall, I have to recommend staying away, if you can.By Burke O'Neal, May 21, 2017
